COVID-19 Update

Due to the pandemic, there are delayed production times. Production can now take between 2-9 days. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Stay safe!

Here is a list of frequently asked questions:

Q1) Do you accept returns?

All of our orders are custom made and creation starts when the order is placed. As a result, we do not accept returns. Please be sure to check our size guide and make sure you are ordering the correct size. However, if you receive a defected product be sure to email us at support@operationnoir.com and we will work with you to get a replacement order upon proof of defect

Q2) When can I expect my order?

All orders are custom made so it will take 3-5 days of production plus shipping time. Shipping within the U.S.A can take between 3-6 business days and international shipping can take between 10-30 business days. If there are problems with receiving your order, be sure to contact us at support@operationnoir.com

Q3) Why does my product smell?

If your product smells, it's due to the printing mechanisms we use. The smell will disappear after a wash.

Q4) How do I wash my products?

Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: medium heat; Do NOT dry clean.

Q5) How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order, please be sure to email us at support@operationnoir.com within 2 hours. After a order is sent to production, we can not cancel the order because creation has already started.
